Effective date: 6 September 2026. These terms apply to individuals, companies, subsidiaries/branches and advisors using Najdo.net. Selecting the acceptance checkbox during registration or a business application records acceptance of the common terms and the applicable account section. It does not constitute marketing consent.
1. Role of the platform
Najdo.net provides listing publication and communication tools. Unless separately agreed in writing, it is not a party to a sale, lease, transfer, brokerage or delivery contract, a seller, landlord, appraiser, escrow provider or transaction guarantor. Account or listing approval does not guarantee ownership, authority, solvency, trustworthiness, condition or legality of a transaction.
2. Common account and listing rules
Users must have legal capacity and provide accurate identity, contact, registration and representation information, keeping it current. Impersonation, unauthorized representation, misleading prices/categories, false documents, duplicate or deceptive listings, fraud, harassment, discrimination, unlawful goods/services and infringement of others' rights are prohibited. Users must be able to substantiate their authority, required permits and rights to images. Sale, rental, daily rental and transfer classifications must reflect the actual offer.
Users protect credentials and report unauthorized access promptly. Bypassing safeguards, automated mass registrations/listings, unauthorized data collection, malicious code and disruption are prohibited. Users are responsible for their own conduct and fault and for representatives' conduct legally attributable to them.
3. Review, publication and fees
Listings and applicable business applications undergo review, without a guaranteed approval time or uninterrupted visibility. Following administrator approval, authorized business users receive one hour of early access before general publication. Editing may trigger renewed review and a new delay. Individuals may submit five free listings per main category in a one-year period; deletion or resubmission does not restore allowance. Applicable company, branch and advisor service fees and scope are disclosed separately before any payment obligation arises. Acceptance of these terms alone does not authorize unspecified charges.
4. Individual users
An individual account is for personal use. Users list property or rights they own or are expressly authorized to advertise, and must not conceal commercial activity behind a personal account. Buyers and tenants independently check the item, title/registration and authority documents, price, deposit and contract. Do not pay solely on the basis of platform approval. The transaction parties handle applicable tax, permits, delivery and contractual duties.
5. Companies
The applicant represents that they may bind the company, its registry/tax information is accurate and required licences are held. The company is responsible for its listings, commercial claims, invoices, consumer disclosures, taxes, warranties and contracts. It assigns, supervises and promptly withdraws branch/advisor permissions when appropriate. Najdo.net does not guarantee employment relationships or performance of commercial promises.
6. Subsidiaries and branches
The applicant documents the parent relationship and authority accurately. A separate legal entity uses its own genuine registration/tax details; a branch of the same entity supplies its branch identifier. Listings must identify the entity conducting the transaction. Parent and branch responsibilities follow their legal status, granted authority and applicable law; these terms alone do not create unlimited joint debt between separate legal entities. Relationships, listings and access must be updated when authority ends.
7. Advisors
An advisor personally accepts the association with an approved organization and acts only within documented authority. The advisor obtains necessary owner/seller/landlord permission and discloses commissions, represented parties and conflicts before a transaction. Client data may be used only lawfully for the assignment and use must cease when authority ends. A company's application is not the advisor's personal acceptance. Advisors must not claim to be Najdo.net employees or guaranteed representatives.
8. Content rights and enforcement
Users retain content rights and grant a non-exclusive licence limited to what is necessary to deliver the service, format, review and display listings. This is not blanket permission to sell content for unrelated purposes. Listings may be rejected/removed and accounts restricted, suspended or closed for legal, security, authority, accuracy or terms violations. Reasons are provided where feasible and lawful; users may contest a decision through the site's contact channel. Urgent risks or legal requests may prevent advance notice.
9. Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, Najdo.net is not liable for losses arising from users' listings or statements, defective goods, non-delivery/non-payment, rental/transfer disputes, fraud or third-party services. Within the same limits it excludes indirect loss, lost profits and lost transaction opportunities. Uninterrupted, error-free or threat-proof service is not promised. These exclusions do not remove liability for Najdo.net's own intent or gross negligence, non-excludable data-protection duties, mandatory consumer rights or other mandatory liabilities. Users indemnify Najdo.net for proven third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by their unlawful and culpable conduct only to the extent they are legally responsible.
10. Privacy notice
Account/contact information, verification and business documents, listings, messages, acceptance and security records are processed as necessary to operate the service, verify users, prevent abuse, manage disputes and meet legal duties. The appropriate legal basis is contract preparation/performance, legal obligation or legitimate interests balanced against fundamental rights; processing requiring consent has a separate choice. Essential session/security cookies are used. Public listing fields and seller names are visible to visitors; messages to their parties; necessary records to authorized staff, providers or competent authorities responding to lawful requests.
Data is retained as necessary for account/service purposes and applicable legal periods; disputes or legal duties may require relevant records after closure. Unnecessary data is deleted or anonymized. Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability through the site contact channel; identity verification may be needed. Consent-based processing consent may be withdrawn prospectively. The right to complain to North Macedonia's Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP) is preserved. Accepting these terms does not waive privacy rights.
11. Changes and disputes
The accepted version, language, account group and acceptance time are recorded. Material new duties require applicable notice and renewed acceptance; changes do not create unlimited retroactive waivers. North Macedonian law applies subject to other mandatory law and consumer rights. Disputes may first be reported through the site's contact channel; access to competent courts and authorities is preserved. Invalidity of one provision does not alone invalidate the rest.
